At Exclusive Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the inspection and removal of the item from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
